1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and BPS Distributions LLC ("Quest Mystery Boxes," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. About Our Service

We sell curated mystery boxes containing surprise products selected from a disclosed monthly theme. Tiers: The Seeker ($29.99) — 3–4 items; The Hunter ($59.99) — 5–7 items; The Legend ($99.99) — 8–10 items. Themes rotate monthly; categories are disclosed before purchase.

3. Mystery Box Disclosures (FTC Compliance)

In compliance with FTC guidelines, you understand and agree: (a) you are purchasing a surprise collection from disclosed categories; (b) specific products are not pre-selected by you and are not disclosed before delivery; (c) products vary from order to order; (d) all marketing images are representative examples only and do not guarantee specific products; (e) "value" comparisons refer to combined MSRP at time of box assembly.

We comply fully with the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and all applicable FTC regulations.

4. Value Guarantee

Every box is guaranteed to contain products with combined retail value ≥ your purchase price. "Retail value" = MSRP or standard market price at time of assembly. To claim: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item list, and photos. If confirmed, we issue store credit for the difference.

5. Not a Lottery or Game of Chance

Quest Mystery Boxes is not a lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, or game of chance. Every customer receives products of guaranteed value. There is no element of chance regarding whether you receive value — only which specific products you receive. We comply with all applicable state and federal laws.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old with a valid U.S. shipping address and accepted payment method. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted upon shipping confirmation. Prices are in USD and subject to change. We accept major credit cards via PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store full card numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund.

8. Shipping & Delivery

If we cannot ship within 30 days, we will notify you and offer cancellation per the FTC Mail Order Rule. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales final once shipped. Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Damaged/defective items and lost packages covered. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

All Quest Mystery Boxes content, branding, and IP is owned by BPS Distributions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our IP commercially without written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: submit fraudulent orders; use the site for unlawful purposes; engage in bad-faith chargebacks; resell our products without written consent; use bots or scrapers; or impersonate us. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The value guarantee in Section 4 is our sole product warranty.

13. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless BPS Distributions LLC from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or violation of applicable law.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes shall first be submitted informally to legal@questmysteryboxes.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. Exceptions: IP claims and small claims court actions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BPS Distributions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
