Quest Mystery Boxes are sourced internationally. Total delivery time is 15–30 business days from your order date. This includes 5–14 business days for processing and supplier fulfillment, plus international transit time. Expedited shipping (8–15 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. We clearly disclose this timeline before you complete your purchase.

Each month has a theme with a disclosed set of product categories. For April 2026, the theme is "Glow Up" — covering Skincare, Hair Care, Beauty Tools, Self-Care, Wellness, and Fragrance. We don't reveal the specific brands or products in advance — that's the quest! All items are full-size, not samples.

Yes — every Quest Mystery Box is guaranteed to contain products with a combined suggested retail value equal to or greater than what you paid. The Seeker ($29.99) is guaranteed at $30+ retail value. The Hunter ($59.99) at $60+. The Legend ($99.99) at $100+. If you believe your box fell short, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

All sales are final once your order has shipped — this is standard for mystery box products since the surprise element is the core of what you're purchasing. However, we fully cover: damaged or defective items (contact us within 7 days), lost packages (contact us within 14 days), and value guarantee shortfalls. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You may cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't been processed yet. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be in our supplier's fulfillment system. Email support@questmysteryboxes.com immediately with "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number.

No. For U.S. customers, the price you see at checkout is all you pay. We handle all customs documentation and import compliance. Under the U.S. de minimis threshold, most individual orders clear without additional duties. We will never ask you to misrepresent a package's value to customs. U.S. territory customers (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) may see additional surcharges disclosed at checkout.

Currently we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship to international addresses outside U.S. territories at this time.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships (5–14 business days after order placement). International tracking may show limited updates during the transit leg — this is normal. Tracking becomes more detailed once your package enters the U.S. for final-mile delivery. If your tracking shows no movement for 14+ consecutive days, contact us.

No. Every purchase is a one-time transaction — you are not enrolled in any auto-renewing subscription. Each box is purchased individually. You choose when and if you want to order the next month's theme.

No. Quest Mystery Boxes is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Every customer receives tangible products of guaranteed value — you cannot "lose" your purchase. The only element of surprise is which specific products within the disclosed category you receive. We comply fully with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
