Quest Mystery Boxes are sourced and shipped from international suppliers. Products do not ship from a U.S. warehouse. Total delivery time is 15–30 business days from order date. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this delivery timeline.

1. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, your order goes through the following steps before shipping: payment verification (1–2 business days), order forwarded to international supplier (1–2 days), supplier picking/packing/inspection (3–7 days), and export processing (1–3 days). Total processing time: approximately 5–14 business days before shipment.
Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and applicable supplier-country holidays. You will receive a tracking number email once shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
All estimates are from the date of order placement and include processing + transit time.
- Standard International Shipping: 15–30 business days. Included free on orders $75+.
- Expedited International Shipping: 8–15 business days. Additional fee at checkout via DHL Express, FedEx International, or UPS Worldwide.
These are estimates, not guarantees. International shipments can be delayed by customs processing, carrier capacity, weather events, and other factors beyond our control.
Why no domestic warehouse? Quest Mystery Boxes does not hold inventory. This allows us to source the freshest trending products each month from global markets, ensuring every box reflects current trends rather than pre-purchased stock.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders $75+: Free standard international shipping
- Orders under $75: Standard rate displayed at checkout (typically $8.99–$14.99)
- Expedited shipping: Additional fee at checkout (typically $18.99–$34.99)
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories: Surcharges may apply; displayed at checkout
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship internationally outside U.S. territories. We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party consolidators.
5. Carriers
International leg: China Post, ePacket, YunExpress, 4PX, DHL eCommerce, or equivalent.
U.S. final-mile: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Expedited: DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or UPS Worldwide.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number email once your order ships. International tracking updates may be infrequent during the transit leg — this is normal. Tracking becomes more detailed once in the U.S. Allow 48 hours after your tracking email for the first scan to appear. If no update for 14+ consecutive days, contact us.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
We handle all customs documentation. No additional customs or import fees are charged to U.S. customers. We declare all packages accurately at fair market value — we never falsify customs declarations. Under the U.S. de minimis threshold ($800), most individual orders clear without duties. U.S. territory customers may see additional fees disclosed at checkout.
8. Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in the supplier's system. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to sender: we will contact you within 3 business days. You have 21 days to arrange reshipment (at your cost). Unclaimed packages after 21 days are considered abandoned. Refunds for abandoned international returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to international return shipping costs.
10. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by: customs clearance, international carrier disruptions, weather events, national holidays in the country of origin, U.S. government actions, or force majeure events. Add 5–10 business days during Chinese New Year (late January/February) and U.S. holiday peak periods.
11. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the international carrier. We will file carrier claims on your behalf for confirmed lost shipments per our Refund Policy.
12. FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance
We comply with the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435). If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order date, we will notify you and offer a full refund or consent to extended delay. Orders that cannot ship within 60 days will be automatically cancelled with a full refund processed within 7 business days.
